The Manager of Talent Acquisition contacted me and conducted a phone interview assessing my skills as related to the job requirements. I was given a comprehensive overview of the what the duties entailed and was asked to describe how my background fit into those duties.
I then had a phone interview with the CFO whereby I was asked to discuss my prior work experience and applicable knowledge in further detail. My subsequent in-person interview with the CFO consisted of a deeper dive into the specifics of the work I had performed in previous roles and how such work directly related to certain facets of the position. It was a great interview with an extremely astute CFO who provided a complete picture of what exactly would be expected of me if I were offered this role.
The recruitment and hiring process was very thorough, transparent, and exceptionally efficient. All parameters and expectations of candidates were extremely well defined. The Talent Acquisition Manager is a consummate professional who kept me apprised of status throughout all stages of this quick process.
