Mission: Hungry, humble and smart people who make technology work for our clients
Happy Thanksgiving to our team. Our gratitude for all you do to help our clients every day.
Each year, SAI collects non-perishables for the Hereford Food Bank. Team members from all SAI divisions donated essential food and supplies to aid the food bank in their service. It was both exciting and humbling to see our team rally around such an important cause!
Since 1993, SAI team members have worked collaboratively with our clients to accelerate their businesses and organizations through the effective use of technology. We help you tackle some of the most complex business challenges with effective IT and business process solutions.
We recruit professionals with varying levels of expertise to work with the most important technologies used in business today. We hire those who have a customer-focused mindset. We reward those who prove they can help solve our clients’ most challenging problems. That’s what makes our team hungry, humble and smart.
When we are successful in helping clients, they are happy to recommend us to other colleagues. Our employees stay an average of eight years or more because they find their work fulfilling. Our business is successful because of the care we take in matching our clients with the people who can help them.
At SAI, we’re laser focused on identifying high potential candidates that are interested in learning, growing and earning more.
Looking to reach the next level in your career? We provide a rewarding work experience with rapid career development opportunities for all our employees.
We’re growing our team of smart, ambitious people who want to work and learn together while helping our clients succeed.
We see the recruiting process as bi-directional – will this candidate perform well in this role and can they grow with us. Just as importantly, is SAI a great fit from the candidate’s point of view. The common denominator on our team is the inner drive to be something more — more capable, more helpful to clients and more financially successful.
I have been working at Systems Alliance full-time
Leadership is more concerned about people than money but also recognize that in order to support people they have to make money. So where it's possible, people who need extra room to learn and grow into their roles are given that opportunity.
There is also a robust culture of philanthropy and the company supports multiple local non-profits.
Honestly nothing major. I'm quite happy to work here.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Systems Alliance (Hunt Valley, MD) in March 2017.
Challenging but worthwhile.
After applying on the website, I got an email from the CEO with questions and I had to choose a certain number to answer. Then, I had to leave a sample sales voicemail on the CEO's phone (I'd venture to say that not all positions would have to do this, but I applied for sales development). After that, I had in-person, 1v1 interviews with 5 people. I could tell were genuinely trying to get to know me to determine if it was a good fit, as opposed to just what my skills were. Clearly, with testing through the email questions, the VM, and the in-person interview, they are diligent about the type of people they hire to make sure the culture stays amazing.
