    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile.


    The interview process takes a good amount of time, and patience is key. Skills and experience matter but personality and attitude is what gets you hired. Being a good fit for the team is the most important. Process goes from recruiter screening, phone interview with hiring manager, multiple interviews with team members, offer.
