Small non-political environment, some nice people.
Dealing with sales people that think they are type A personalities and therefore the best in the world (but they are not!). A lot of arrogant and hypocritical personalities. No good sales or business planning. Montreal work force is unbearably arrogant and very french Canadian. They do not know what they are selling technically speaking. They depend on USA for all their products and installations.
Advice to Management
Hire professional managers not sales guys doing business development and marketing.
