    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TBHC Delivers in January 2011.

    Interview

The overall interview process was great. They were very flexible in working to get a time scheduled to get the process started. You have a phone interview with the home office, then a 2nd interview with the local District Manager. If both interviews go well, you will ride along with an account manager for a day to see what the jobs really is. Depending on how your ride day goes (in other words: how hard you work for free) the job will be offered.
