I have been working at TBWA Worldwide full-time

Great people and team, great environment. Always different interesting things going on, challenging work

Parent company starting to be a bit heavy handed and making it a worse place; took away a lot of floor space so current environment a bit cramped.

    Advice to Management

TBWA management is good; unfortunately they have to listen to Omnicom management, which is terrible

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TBWA Worldwide (New York, NY) in October 2016.

Received phone call from recruiter who set me up to speak with an engineer located in Chicago.
The engineer asked me about my most recent projects and proceeded to ask what was the hardest thing I had to do / overcome to complete my project.
