Interview
Interview / HR rep took 3 weeks to reply to me after my in-store interview. The entire process took 6 weeks from applying, to assessment, to a zoom interview, to meeting the store manager --- just to be ghosted repeatedly. After waiting 3 days in between the first follow up, and another week to call/email for a secondary follow up, get a canned email "thank you for your application, but at this time...". Unprofessional.InterviewWhy do you want to work in sales?
