I worked at TCF part-time (More than a year)
I liked my coworkers and many of the regular customers.
Management required too much upselling. Low pay rate compared to other banks.
I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at TCF (Thornton, CO) in April 2017.
Submitted an application, got a call the next day to have an over the phone interview, then after we set up an in person interview. The interview went well, I got a call 4 days later asking if I was still interested and I accepted the job. The over all process (including background/drug test took about 2 1/2 weeks.
