Interview
It started out with a 60 minute phone interview with the recruiter. Yes, I said it. I’ve never seen so much recruitment dedication in my life when it comes to getting to know me as a candidate. He was very down to earth and easy to talk to. I wish they were all like this. Then a video interview with the hiring manager, who was also very down to earth and easy to talk to. Then a final 3rd video interview with the portfolio director, another down to earth person who was easy to talk to. They all did an excellent job telling me all there is to know about the position and TCG. I really felt like I was going to receive an offer, but things didn’t end up working out. The recruiter did a wonderful job following up with me every step of the way, and I would be very lucky to be given an opportunity in the future to work for them!InterviewWhy do you want to work for TCG?
