TDS is giving back and supporting hundreds of organizations throughout the country. From hands-on volunteering, to in-kind and financial support, TDS takes a vested interest in the growth and success of the communities we serve. Giving back is an integral part of our culture. In fact, it's so vital to our core beliefs, we provide employees 16 hours of paid time off every year to volunteer. Every year, employees take advantage of the company's “Be Good Citizens” program and leverage paid time off to volunteer.     Great work/life balance, fair compensation, most managers have open door policies, value their top workplace awards and work hard to earn them, allow employees to work from home for emergencies, or weather issues.

    I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TDS Telecommunications (Knoxville, TN) in August 2018.


    I was called for a phone interview and immediately scheduled for a face to face.
    I found out the job ad was very misleading. Door to door only. No thank you!!!
