Managers who care about people. Very collaborative culture. Tons of opportunity. Some of the most brilliant people I've ever worked with.
New guard of management is leading the culture in the wrong direction IMO. Excessive focus on growth and increasing profit at the expense of core values is a dark path to follow and is the reason why I ultimately chose to leave.
Advice to Management
Return to core values. Stop the "maniacal focus on growth" for growths sake. Grinding people into dust for the sake of profit is a fools game. It is not sustainable and will eventually lead to the demise of a truly great organization.
The process took 6 days. I interviewed at TEKsystems.
I applied via online. Recruiter messaged back and we set up a phone call/interview. Was asked about what my interest are, my experience, and more technical and behavioral questions. Overall a very nice, easy going conversation focused on learning about the person who is applying.
