Advice to Management
Targets be given top priority and rules be framed to fascilitate to achieve the targets. Management's appraoch should be target oriented not rules oriented.
I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at TEVTA (Lahore (Pakistan)).
Posts are advertised in National Newspapers and alos on the website of the company, after scruitny of the applications, call letters are issued for interview, interview process is easy not too difficult.
nothing, just i applied through proper channal, appeared before the interview committe and was selected.
