I have been working at TIC - The Industrial Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They were completely willing to work with me during my pregnancy and when I returned back to work knowing I would miss days with a sick baby. Theyve always taken good care of me and my family.

    Cons

In a slow point with job availability right now.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TIC - The Industrial Company (Columbia, SC) in September 2019.

    Interview

Initial interview was easy informal process that didn't take more than 30 minutes. The final interview was much more in depth and happened when they flew me out to their home office in Denver.
