The TMX Finance Family of Companies provides consumer credit products under the TitleMax®, TitleBucks®, and InstaLoan® brands. Since 1998, we have provided access to credit for consumers who are underserved by traditional lenders. Many of our customers have nowhere else to turn when they suffer short-term financial setbacks like medical emergencies or home repairs, so it is our mission to remain a reliable source of credit and offer customers hope and opportunity.
We believe in helping people and have made it our business to care for the communities where we live and work! Our community commitment helps us address the educational, nutritional, and overall health and wellness needs of those in our communities. We hold donation drives throughout the year: a Back-to-School Drive, a Food Drive, A Toy Drive, and a Care Package Collection Drive for our Military, Veterans, and their families. From stores in California to Florida, together, we can make a difference, community by community!
The TMX Cares Fund
The TMX Cares Fund is a program that helps team members who are facing hardships and may require immediate emergency financial assistance due to an event or catastrophe that is unexpected, and critical. Such scenarios include acute illness, or loss of belongings and home due to fire, flood, or natural disasters. Gifts are given to the Fund through our team members' generosity.

The opportunity for growth within the company is undeniable. I have been working with TMX Finance for over 6 years and my personal growth and career growth has been unimaginable over that time. The training programs the company provides is awesome and sets up new employees for success. The company provides very competitive salaries and bonuses which is partly controlled by you the employee! Also, performance is not only recognized thru your paycheck but by the HIPO program the company has initiated to recognize and develop top talent.
The hours can be challenging and some team members struggle to find that work life balance.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TMX Finance Family of Companies (Carrollton, TX) in June 2019.
I was reached out by a recruiter the same day I applied and had a video interview the following day and an in person interview scheduled shortly after. The whole process was seamless and everything I needed to know what communicated to me. The staff in the Carrollton office were warm, inviting, and professional.
