The TMX Cares Fund
The TMX Cares Fund is a program that helps team members who are facing hardships and may require immediate emergency financial assistance due to an event or catastrophe that is unexpected, and critical. Such scenarios include acute illness, or loss of belongings and home due to fire, flood, or natural disasters. Gifts are given to the Fund through our team members' generosity.

Advice to Management
Maintain current Top Three strategies. Stay grounded for the long haul! We are seeing so many great opportunities due to embracing a solid strategy!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TMX Finance Family of Companies (Los Angeles, CA) in February 2015.
Did a phone interview then a video interview. The final interview was done in person with the regional manager. The final interview was more of a sales pitch by the regional to sell me on the position. Very easy questions with no interview prep work required.
