Friendly and encouraging team, savvy upper management. Customer focus and willingness to go above the call of duty.
European focus, all units are not regarded as equal, some functions are willing to tolerate mediocre performance, pay level will never be class leading (in the USA).
Advice to Management
Retain top talent, improve on the job training and mentorship, add client retention as a component to each department's KPIs, continue to focus on the client.
