I have been working at TOLMAR full-time
In Colorado, Benefits, great upper - management.
Supervisors are very immature and don't mentor or delegate, it's all about them.
Advice to Management
Move to creating a better environment without the stab in the back and jealous mentality
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TOLMAR (Fort Collins, CO) in August 2015.
Individual one one one interviews. HR was very nice. Took a tour of the facility. Received benefits and work details. Nice people overall. Showed up 10 min prior to interview. Everyone was on time. They all had written out questions. What is odd is that 4 weeks later there was no communication at all - not "you did not get the position or we are still thinking about it" - that even after a followup e-mail with HR.
