I have been working at TPG Hotels & Resorts full-time (More than a year)
If you want to work for a reputable, growing, results driven company this is the one for you. Working for this company makes you feel like you are part of a large family. Everyone at the corporate office that I’ve ever encountered whether it be in person, over the phone or via email genuinely cares about the success of the properties and associates. I’ve always felt appreciated and am extremely grateful for the opportunity to be a leader for this company.
Could use some improvement on benefits package.
Advice to Management
I know the benefits package is reviewed annually but I think more attention needs to be given to comparing mgt companies for benefits. (i.e ours to Whitelodging, Dimension Development, McKibbon Hotels, etc) If we are looking to attract and retain top talent we need to work on our benefits package. One week vacation after one year?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TPG Hotels & Resorts in September 2016.
Met with the director of housekeeping talked about experience. Then drug tested and offered a position. Once the test came back they called for the hr side of things. I started the next day.
