    Positive Outlook

The work environment is quite pleasant, with a lot of witty colleagues and Team leaders.

There is no formal training for Service delivery. The work load is quite heavy to be shared among the team. The worst part is actually the attendance points. It's understandable that they are there to set standards for discipline, but the rule to add 4 points for every three lates is debilitating. You could have an employee who works the hardest but lives very far, hence the counts of tardiness. But having to worry about the number of points (mind you, the unnecessary ones) does no help on motivating an employee. What's even worse is that there are no incentives for those who manage to have zero points for a long time.

    Advice to Management

If there was at least a 15-minute incentive for lates, even for once a week, then maybe it wouldn't be so taxing heading to work at 6 or 7am. Ortigas after all is surrounded by traffic-ridden roads.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TPG Telecom (Manila, Manila (Philippines)) in February 2014.

Easy if you worked from Telco. 3 one on one interviews. First- HR, second - management, third - client. No technical exams.. They are not looking for a very techy person but for those who has the potential :)

    Interview Questions

    • Meaning of Dslam, IP address, dhcp, pppoe, modem, static IP, Dsl, adsl.. then they will ask if how it works.   Answer Question
