As part of our intentional focus on DE&I, TPI partnered with Katie Mehnert and ALLY Energy this morning to host an internal webinar focused on diversity as it relates to the energy transition and to announce TPI’s first Associate Resource Group (ARG), tpiLEAP for Women. LEAP stands for Lead, Empower, Advance and Promote which will be the key pillars of this and any future TPI ARGs. Thank you to Jayshree Desai, Director on TPI's Board; Katie Mehnert, CEO of ALLY Energy; Bill Siwek, TPI’s President & CEO; Bryan Schumaker, TPI’s CFO; and Deane Ilukowicz, SVP Global HR for your participation in this event.
