    Pros

    Everyone at the firm holds their work to a high standard. Nothing gets put in front of a client until it meets that standard. The people here are smart, hardworking, and willing to help when things get busy. No office politics - everyone wants everyone else to succeed. There is a strong pipeline of projects driven by referrals from great work over the past few years.

    Cons

    There isn't the kind of 'back-office' support that you would find at a larger firm.

      Interview process consisted of multiple arounds including an excel test and two case studies, as well as two rounds of personality and background. Overall, process was straight forward but was very long due to the multiple rounds.
