I have been working at TRC Companies as an intern (Less than a year)

-flexible hours, let you choose between 7 and 8 to come in and 4 and 5 to leave and if you want give you the opportunity to work 9 hour shifts M-T and a 4 hour shift on Friday as long as you get a full 40 hour work week in
-Lot's of opportunities to learn different job opportunities in the oil and natural gas industry, management not only is willing to allow you to shadow workers in different areas of the industry and company but are encouraging of you to let them know if there are any parts of the company that you would like to learn about and are very good about creating opportunities for you to do so
-Friendly and helpful coworkers who are always willing to help you learn new things
-Will work with you on time off if needed for summer school or other reasonable reasons for needing time off without giving you a hard time about it

As of now I have not experienced any cons

Easy Interview process. Nothing out of the ordinary. Very easy going interview process. they don't grill you. Onboarding to the company is very easy.
First they have a phone interview with HR. Then a phone interview with managers, where they ask some technical questions. Then the last interview is in-person.
