work at your own pace if you are a self starter this is the job for you. If you like to learn about things and talk to different people also great for this job. As a field tech i stay in different hospitals boss not down your back but expects results by the end of day not bad even though you work in a hospital work hours are never crazy

they dont give you alot of training (thats because the bosses know nothing about your job) but once you learn your coworkers you know who you can call to help walk you through an issue you are having

    Advice to Management

realize your employees are who your customers are most comfortable with they are more important then you think and should really take a closer look at them and not take them for granted

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TVR Communication (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in January 2010.

I was hired as part of an acquisition. The was much of a team effort philosophy from the organization which made for an easy transition. One in the organization, it was an uphill battle to get past their lack of technological expertise and experience. There were then more blank stares than anything else at that time.
