I worked at TWD & Associates full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Management and employees throughout the organization are approachable. Just like any other company, you have to be willing to work with others in order to get projects accomplished.

    Cons

Government is slowly becoming a "lowest price acceptable" type of contractor. TWD uses top of the line products which results in smaller profit margin.

    Advice to Management

Have a better presence and more open relationship with employees at all offices and job sites.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TWD & Associates in April 2011.

    Interview

Received a phone interview to get a feeling for if I would like the job. They gave me an overview of what was expected and asked my compensation expectations. After the call, they gave me a day to come in for a face to face interview with the program manager. This seemed to be a formality as they didn't really ask any poignant questions.
