I have been working at TWD & Associates part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Almost everyone I have worked with has great dedication to their job and taking care of their customer - impressive. Professional atmosphere and some really smart people. When I have needed help from someone I usually get it with no problem. Feel like management does better job than past employers at telling us what's going on.

    Cons

We mostly work with government and that used to be a steady thing with no surprises. All the govt problems/shut downs last few years has caused changes. Unfortunately, has caused some employees to get negative attitudes and that can be hard to be around. Just a few people who can't handle change and feel the need to talk about it all the time, but most just work hard at their job.

    Advice to Management

With everything that is going on hope we can get more work that isn't with the government.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TWD & Associates in April 2011.

    Interview

Received a phone interview to get a feeling for if I would like the job. They gave me an overview of what was expected and asked my compensation expectations. After the call, they gave me a day to come in for a face to face interview with the program manager. This seemed to be a formality as they didn't really ask any poignant questions.
