Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

    I had 3 interviews, two over the phone and one in person. the people in the final interview differ based on who you will function under. The process was straight forward. Unlike most technology company's they look almost more for personality than experience in technology

    Truly, I think that the interview questions are based on what you answer off the bat. They seemed to bring up things based on your history. I know I spoke to others about what they asked in the interview and it was totally different
