    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tabs3 (Lincoln, NE) in Sep 2020

    Interview

    Initial application process is quick and simple. After a couple weeks and a follow up email I sent, the HR called for an impromptu interview. Sadly the questions were just about dates of employment and nothing substantial. Next came several documents from the company with passcodes to open them and record references and the like. Their technology and my technology didn't match up and the HR representative was unwilling to provide another method (like receiving a hard copy of the same data). The company looked interesting but their application process is ineffective, cumbersome, and may be impossible to use. I suspect this resulted from some bad planning intended for a good purpose (privacy). In the end, the time I invested pursuing this company was wasted time. I bowed out because the company didn't provide a mode of application that worked with my software and theirs.

    The first interest was just about start and end dates and reasons why you quit/weren't at a past job. No good, in-depth questions.
