The students are wonderful and passionate about health. The school also fills a much-needed void in integrative practices
There is no support for faculty, no efforts to coordinate or enhance classes and faculty are way underpaid. Adjuncts are supposed to be underpaid, but at MUIH, it's about 1/2 the compensation at a community college.
Yes, you'll always have a ready pool of faculty by hiring new MUIH grads. They'll work for little pay, and they don't yet have the wisdom to guide because they haven't yet had real life experience.
Advice to Management
wake up while you still have something to salvage. This could be a great school, and it's sad that it's not.
