    Pros

    Everyone from the recruiters, to HR, to the office manager are incredibly kind and brilliant. People here love what they do, are passionate about changing the world, and making your journey to the Cloud easy and accessible for all.

    Cons

    None so far, other than I work remote and I miss the home office team when Im out of town!

    Application

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7+ weeks. I interviewed at Talend (Redwood City, CA) in June 2018.

    Interview

    Very organized and transparent throughout the hiring process. Great bunch of people - smart, motivated, and driven by an agenda to do right by their customers and partners.

    Interview process had four parts:
    1. Technical - regarding experience with processes, tools, systems, customers and partners
    2. Situational
    3. Leadership/management
    4. Job Trial - given a brief outlining the primary issues, and asked to prepare and deliver a presentation as a part of a role simulation.

    The whole process took about 7 weeks.
