    Pros

You can determine the best approach to support clients with Sourcing, Creative or Research to fit the objectives and budgets.

    Cons

In the US, it is very exciting and very busy. You get to work on a global team but you must be organized to manage time zones.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Talent Works (Waltham, MA).

    Interview

Applied online through a LinkedIn posting, and was given a call within the same week. The first round is a phone screen held by the sourcing team. I was then invited for an in-person interview where I met with individuals on the sourcing team as well as with the SVP of North America who heads the office.
