TalentMinded strives to be awesome in everything that they do and you can see this through management and the teams commitment. It is amazing working with intelligent, hard working and fun individuals.

As a start up, things can change constantly and the need to be able to stick to priorities while still being fluid in mindset is key

I applied online. I interviewed at TalentMinded.

Got a phone interview and spoke to one of their reps. There was a lot of noise on the background and I could hear other reps. In the very beginning she asked me a couple of screening questions regarding my exceptions from the role and salary requirements and my answers to those questions made it obvious that there was not a good fit with the role, however the recruiter didn't stop the interview there and continued asking me a lot of scripted questions to which I provided detailed answers.
In the end she told me they would get back to me with an answer. My answer was already clear two minutes into the conversation - I didn't want that job. It was like a role play and waste of mine and her time. Maybe she gets paid no matter what but I definitely wasted half an hour of my time.
