    Pros

When I first saw the JD for Tango[card] on LinkedIn, I thought to myself, "This is too good to be true." Throughout the interview and onboarding process, I kept thinking, "the shoe will drop, right?" Well, I’ve proven that to be wrong time and time again!!! It has been an amazing satisfaction work in an atmosphere that highlights the grit, dedication, drive, and frugality we demonstrate as a company. It's rare to find a workplace that encourages creativity and progress like we do - and somehow those obstacles and learning opportunities we face are filled with laughter along the way?! We have an exceptional team that does outstanding, customer-focused work [we bust our butts] and I couldn’t be more proud to be a Tangorine!

    Cons

    I haven't experienced any yet.

Several interviews, you start off with a screening interview and then one with the manager. Then you schedule a host of interviews with the employees of the department and the questions are really honestly just normal interview questions you would have at any other interview.
