Interview
I had a very similar experience to the first poster. After receiving my resume and cover letter, they emailed me to immediately set up an interview. The first round was fine, but, very heavy on telling me what the company actually did (I do my homework and read the HBS study). After this: radio silence for weeks. I asked for feedback and the interviewer said she would set up at time to provide it, but, that never happened. Glad I didn't make it any further - sounds like a waste of time.InterviewTalk about previous roles, working with clients, etc.
