I worked at Tapps Games (More than a year)
The company is very friendly and welcoming, it has a strong team culture (the personnel overall is great) and provides lots of interesting perks (travel, training, courses, mugs, etc.). On top of that, it has a nice Insurance Health Plan and follows properly all the law obligations (which it's rare for game companies in Brazil, unfortunately).
The company has grown too fast and it is still struggling with proper job definitions and responsibilities (career progression plan). So, for someone's first job, it is great - many opportunities to learn in a stable environment. However, there are not as many opportunities to grow when you are more experienced - it ends up being hard to continue there after a while. In addition, the salaries are not so competitive (or at least, were not when I was there).
Advice to Management
I would focus on defining a good work structure, with well defined job roles (obligations and scope) on top of having career tracks that are interesting and provide variety to the work personnel. Listen to what they are saying ;)
