Decent salary and easy minimum qualifications to meet for the job
Paid time and holidays off
The HR were incompetant and didn't really care about employees
Poor hiring/screening process means a lot of incompetants are hired and fired quickly
Older employees are not valued much
Pressure to perform to high standards which are hard to meet due to their practices
Advice to Management
Treat your employees better and offer a better pay scale or bonus system. Stop hiring so fast for expansion and get a better screening process.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target Marketing Systems (Northbrook, IL) in April 2012.
A recruiter came to my class. 16.50 an hour caught my attention as an intern working full time for a big company. Did 4 interviews. 1st- 30 min phone interview with recruiter 2nd- 20-30 min phone interview with executive team leader. (90 question online assessment). 3rd- 1:1 in person 40 min interview with HR guy. 4th- 15 min interview. Got offer and then did drug test.
yes one dollar an hour more which is pretty big as an intern.
