Testing during training is typical, however I believe this testing caused many to struggle greatly and lose a lot of confidence. TaskUs was great about providing additional training rather than releasing people due to this, however which is admirable. This is literally the only thing I can think of at this point.
Advice to Management
Please keep up the morale. I think so many have been “abused” by typical “call centers” & so far this company has just diminished those fears. You seem to have a true regard and love for your employees. People will work hard for a manager/company who values them. Thank you for all that you do!
It was worth the wait. Recruitment staff were accommodating and cheerful. Making sure that every applicant was catered. Operation Manager was comfortable to speak with and accommodating too. He even gave me a tour already to check on facilities and etc.
