Business partners (and friends since high school) Bryce Maddock and Jaspar Weir founded TaskUs in 2008. Formerly a virtual personal assistant company, it quickly transformed into an international outsourcing organization that employs thousands of employees around the globe.
Based on their experiences with the Philippines, Maddock and Weir opened their first office in Manila in 2009. While working on the virtual assistant business, each quickly realized that the service they were offering to busy professionals was much more in demand for rapidly growing business. With a team in place and a new vision for changing the way work gets done, TaskUs was born.
It didn’t take long for the most innovative companies in the world to come knocking to seek out our unique focus on transformational growth and the entrepreneurial, creative spaces from which these businesses originate. Today, many of these companies trust us with their vital business processes so that they can concentrate on meaningful innovation.

People are what seperates TaskUs apart from their competitors. Everyone here is amazing!! Leadership has a vision and sets realistic goals for those they supervise.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TaskUs in September 2018.
Very prompt and very casual. The setting isn't stressful and the mood is very light. All the people I've encountered were very welcoming and warm. It didn't felt like an office, it felt more like a place you can freely express yourself and be comfortable.
