Due to the nature of the consulting business, there can be some very busy times with multiple project deadlines. Since we have a great team, everyone is willing to assist others to meet the project deadline.
Advice to Management
Continue with the strategic planning that is completed on an annual basis. It is an excellent way for everyone to clearly understand the company's goals and implementation of goals and initiatives.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tata & Howard (Marlborough, MA) in November 2012.
I received a phone call from the HR Manager, who was very helpful and friendly. She made the whole process very comfortable and painless. I met with her first, then the VP/Business Development Manager, and then the President. Everyone was open and engaging, and very interested in my ideas and background.
On October 5, T&H Assistant Project Engineer Matt Morganelli participated in NEWEA's Poo & Brew networking event for young professionals in the civil and water quality industry. The event featured a tour of MWRA's Deer Island Wastewater Treatment Plant, the second largest wastewater treatment plant in the United States. Afterwards, participants headed over to Mystic Brewery for a tour of their beer making process.
