    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tate Recruitment.

    Interview

Telephone interview then face to face with 2 senior managers that lasted approximately 1 hour. Put at ease, not overly corporate. Given background of the business and outlined strategy going forward. Transparent about the role and what was expected. Lengthy discussion about skills, transferable skills, key drivers. Very smooth process.
