I have been working at Taubman full-time (Less than a year)
Among the best performing companies over the course of many years, consistently grows, treats people with respect, honest about addressing issues, very solid management team, lives by its values (not just talk), and a lot of smart/ethical/good people to work with
Can be a bit bureaucratic at times, but part of that enables it to meet its budget and targets with an incredible amount of consistency
Advice to Management
Look for opportunities to promote younger and mid-career employees. Otherwise, keep doing what you are doing.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6+ months. I interviewed at Taubman (Bloomfield Hills, MI).
Long interview process. First a phone interview from HR. Online testing. Three interviews with department head and panel. HR would be discrete on the phone, but so many interviews almost made it not worth leaving the previous job. I was offered the job and accepted. During my employment, I realized that my interviews with the department head were deceiving and almost ruined my career.
No negotiations. I was offered to "take it, or leave it".
