Very busy pace working on multiple projects for multiple brands. Each brand is focused on highest level in cuisine and wine. Executive Chefs are exemplary.
Leadership aims for streamlining campaigns, using same strategies, creative and copy for separate brands, whose customer base is just as different. There is more concern for consolidation at the corporate level, as opposed to UX or behavioral data.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tavistock Restaurants (Orlando, FL) in May 2016.
Great. The goal seemed to be finding the strengths that align with the position AND the requirements of the brand. As opposed to merely weeding out a bad candidate, the hiring manager sought to explain the honest state of the department and industry as a whole, what the brands were doing to overcome challenges, etc... Allowed for a collaborative conversation.
