Interview
The process took 1 and a half week and I was interviewed twice by the same HR person, was a bit confuse, so with that you can see that the company compromise is affected. On the first interview was just a screening to see the techstack that I worked with and the second one was basically the same questions with 2 or 3 more. Days after I got a phone call that wasn't going to be hired because I didn't achieve they "Senior Level". Seriously? They measured my seniority by HR questions. I wasn't even called to a tech call or test.InterviewQ: Draw a parallel between the sector you currently work or have worked in and ours.
