I have been working at Taxi Snel part-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

This job gives you a lot of freedom and you get to know new and interesting people all the time.

    Cons

You get zero respect from your boss and some clients give you the same treatment.
Payment is very bad considering the hours you have to put in and the responsibility you have over the cars and customers.
Drunk people can be the worst, puking and just horrible smelling clients are sadly part of the job.

    Advice to Management

Just a tap on the shoulder would increase respect a lot. Make us feel like we actually accomplished something.
Payment is bad, so at least don't cheat us from whatever is legally obligated.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Taxi Snel (Brugge, West Flanders (Belgium)) in May 2009.

    Interview

I sent my resume through email and made an appointment.
On d-day, I arrived perfectly on time, but they seemed to have forgotten our date.
After a 3 word conversation, I was given some formalities and that was that. One week later I started as a taxidriver.
Can't really give an opinion on the boss, since he's very introvert.
