They have decent benefits for employees, but the rates to include family members or dependents is expensive. Managers take turns bringing food so the underpaid staff who can't afford to eat on what they are paid will have at least one hot meal every day.
They practice nepotism and only hire friends or family into positions that pay decent wages.
Promote from within is not in their lexicon and there is no opportunity for advancement.
Expect micromanagement for every move you make.
They have no loyalty or respect for staff employees that are not part of their inner circle of friends and family.
Expect management to take full advantage of employees due to poor national economy.
Advice to Management
Practice what you preach in your company values. Integrity would be a good place to start.
