As an integrated design firm, we share an iterative process replete with strategic methods, which help us uncover user needs, work efficiently with clients, expand our creative thinking, and collaborate effectively with each other.
We’re so invested in the quality of our design process that we created a product – a deck of Method Cards – with the goal to instill these behaviors across the firm, and practice them consistently. When we speak a shared language, we strengthen our culture, improve communication, and move in the same direction towards high quality design output.

Taylor Design puts people first. The firm cares deeply for its employees, and the employees in turn care deeply for the users for whom they design. The result is a positive workplace culture built on trust and a desire to make a positive social impact through design.
Taylor Design is still evolving from beyond its early roots as a single-office, single-market, privately held firm. The firm has the ability to compete with firms three times its size, but hasn't yet solidified its place in the marketplace or in the minds of its prospective clients. That is slowly changing, however.
Advice to Management
Continue the great work that has been done to emphasize the importance of human-centered design as the common thread through everything the firm does. Don't be afraid to think bigger and take risks.
