I have been working at Team Rehabilitation full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Each clinic is run a little differently and each one works as a team to make things run smoothly. This is encouraged by the company. The CEO is supportive but still tells it like it is. There is a lot of opportunity to grow in the company and personally as a physical therapist. PTO and health benefits are generous and fair.

    Cons

The company is growing fast and there’s a fear that it might get too big but currently that is not the feel at all.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Team Rehabilitation (Arlington Heights, IL) in May 2016.

    Interview

Interview went nice or so I thought. They gave me the run down of the full position and how much it paid and benefits and etc. After they gave me the run around after the fact claiming I would get a call back to let me know if I got the position or not but they never did which is rude. I just want to say that you shouldn't get people hopes up, when they are on their last leg and then don't tell them anything for weeks. I should not have had to call in to see if I got the job or not.

    Interview Questions

    • Gave me a basic scenario of what would happen if things got to busy and asked how I would go about handling it.   Answer Question
