    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Team Select Home Care (Denver, CO) in May 2020

    Interview

    Zoom interview was arranged by a pleasant out of state recruiter. He reviewed the job description with me and told me that he’d arrange an interview with the office near me. I was given a link by email to click on for the meeting. I had some trouble getting logged on but had started early, so was right on time for the interview. The 2 women interviewing me seemed perturbed I wasn’t early, and did not seem to care that I had technical problems. They asked me scripted, generic questions that did not address my true skill and qualifications. I was not surprised I didn’t get an offer based on their initial reaction to me. Their demeanor was stuffy and corporate. They were looking for the candidate who was the best at faking perfect answers to their ridiculous questions.
