    When a 150-bed hospital in Palestine, Texas was met with challenges following the COVID-19 pandemic, they turned to TeamHealth to improve care within their Emergency Department. Our Performance Improvement Consultants (PIC) team implemented our patient experience program, APEX, to improve areas such as, patient communication, clinician accountability, training consistency and expansive collaboration.
