    Pros

    Passionate leaders who recognize your accomplishments
    Held accountable for decisions, but freedom to make decisions and recommendations.
    Culture is amazing, collaboration, & friendly
    Communication from senior leadership. Still have company wide meetings every week. Senior leadership very accessible.

    Cons

    The building is a bit old, the thermostat is a bit wonky.

    FYI: All the comments by other people reviewing are from people who were let go due to them not performing to the standards that were clearly communicated.

    I was not prompted by management upon joining to fill out a review nor was I prompted to fill this one out.

    I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at TeamSupport (New York, NY) in April 2019.

    Interview

    Applied. The recruiter directly scheduled me for a web conference 1 hr long. Told me beforehand that the interview would be technical. The interviewer gave me couple of coding problem to solve.

    Interview Questions

    • Write a method to check if all the characters of a string are unique. Determine the time and space complexity of your method. Write the most efficient version of the method.   Answer Question
    • Write a method that takes an int n and prints all the numbers in the fibonacci series upto the nth position.   Answer Question
