    I was contacted by their HR to have a phone interview. I scheduled the phone interview and when it was time for the interview, I never received the call. I left a voice mail and emailed them but still, nothing! I eventually got ahold of someone from the company and went straight into an in person interview. They seemed nice when I met them in person, but their only excuse for the phone interview problem was that they changed their HR employee. The whole experience left a bad impression for me and I hope this is not a common thing for them to do.
