    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Tech-Etch full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people at Tech-Etch are really positive and help people when they need it. In my experience here so far I've been coached rather than yelled at. That is a whole new concept to me. I would greatly recommend working here if you can.

    Cons

They are still going through growing pains but there isn't any real cons.

    Advice to Management

Keep the positive/constructive environment that you guys have set
