The organization continued to attract great staff as the leadership went from good to good to bad. Very bright people worked with great members to be successful despite no support from the leadership.
The board was completely out of touch with the organization especially when they hired the last CEO. There was zero understanding of the environment that the organization was in and what was needed to be successful.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at TechAmerica (Washington, DC) in December 2012.
The interview process was really relaxed and they make you feel as comfortable as possible.
