    I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Ted Moudis Associates (New York, NY) in April 2014.

    Interview

    There was an initial process of checking my credentials with 3 required professional references. The admin assistant did this- it was all very standardized. The interview with the principal CV was 20 mins late; he was unapologetic and arrogant when he did show up. I did not feel welcomed as a potential future employee.

    Reasons for Declining

    The interviewer was not the type of office principal I would ever want to work for. Also all the employees had to check in and out throughout the day with their access cards- the firm does seem to be very trusting with their employees.
