    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Teespring full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This is an awesome place to work, we move at fast pace, and stay on the cutting edge of creator commerce. The teams are full of smart and positive people who pitch in wherever they are needed. The CEO sets the vision and trusts and empowers the teams to get there. It’s a great place for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who might feel stifled with strict hierarchies and ridged roles. My career has spanned over 15 years and I’ve worked at some good companies along the way but never felt passionate enough about a place to write a review until now.

    Cons

Employees must be conscious of burnout, moving at a fast past and the exciting nature of the business it can be easy to overwork. Leadership teams are aware of this though and help mitigate.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, can wait to see where we are at the end of the year!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Teespring (San Francisco, CA) in February 2019.

    Interview

HR screen, then Hiring Manager, then take home exercise, then in-person. The interview process was disorganized, unresponsive, multiple cancellations and reschedules, it seemed haphazard.

On top of that, they asked me to make a growth plan (basically free consulting), which is timely, and then before we reviewed it, they said that they made an offer to someone already. That's fine if it isn't a fit, but should never have a candidate put in that much time if there is a possibility that it won't be utilized. Overall bad experience and poor form.
