I worked at Tekscape full-time (More than a year)
The company was a great career journey for me. I joined when I was just transitioning as a mid level engineer. I learned a lot for my time there and my engineering com padres were amazing and sad when i finally left . Ultimently in the and the company didn't workout for me. They were very supportive in helping me transition to a new job keeping me employed for 2 months while i found another position as I have a child to care for and this was a great act of generosity that most employers wouldn't do.
I think they could have more company events between engineers and sales. More speeches from CEO to staff communicating what was going on in the coming years. More email communications like the marketing person they used to have when I started working their.

Regardless of what people say on these review sites or anywhere else keep the integrity you showed me during my time and upon leaving.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Tekscape (New York, NY) in September 2015.
An initial phone call to know more about my resume and my experience, I got the chance to ask some questions about the position and the company. Then, the person who was interviewing me asked me to prepare a marketing plan for one of their products. I had four days to work on this, and during those days I had direct communication with the Director of Strategy and Business Development who was very kind in answering questions that I had about the current marketing strategy.
The final interview had three stages. The first one where I presented in front of the Director of Strategy, the marketing director and the project manager the ideas I had for the marketing department. The second stage was meeting some people from the sales team, since the company is very committed to make these two departments work closely. The final stage was an interview with the CEO in which I got to ask questions about the vision of the company and how they saw my position within the business strategy.
